Almond Flour Blueberry Snack Cake
Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and grease a 8”x8” glass baking dish. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, coconut oil, and sugar; mix well. 3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, baking soda, and salt; mix well. 4. Carefully fold in blueberries. 5. Transfer to prepared baking dish. 6. Bake for about 30 minutes. 7. Cashew Milk
Instructions Soak the cashews in 8 oz. of filtered water for at least 2 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse the cashews and then add the cashews to a blender. Add 28 oz of filtered water to the blender. Blend the cashews and water for 1-2 minutes. Using a cheese cloth bag, strain the cashew milk. Add the strained cashew milk to a glass jug. Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a standard-sized loaf pan with a little olive oil. 2. Get out your big mixing bowl, a whisk, and an apron and let's make some bread! 3. Walnut Milk
