Product Description
The two types of cinnamon, Ceylon and Cassia, come from two related but different trees. Known as true cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon is from the Cinnamomum zeylanicum species. Compared to Cassia, it is lighter in color with an exotic scent and a mild sweet flavor. This wonderfully aromatic spice is ideal for baking, making tea, and all other culinary uses. Anthony’s Organic Ceylon Cinnamon is grown and freshly ground in India.
