All our shipment logistics are handled directly through Amazon.com. They use several carriers but you can expect you order in 7-10 days

We wish we could accommodate a return/exchange, however FDA and California food guidelines do not allow food products to be returned or reused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request. We’d urge you to find a use for the product or donate it to a local food pantry!

Food and Allergy safety is a topic we take very seriously at Anthony’s. In order to be fully transparent with our customers, we do not state or make the declaration that our products are produced in a fully gluten free facility. However, we do test every batch of every item we produce that is gluten free, to ensure that the product is in fact gluten free.

Along with maintaining an audit trail and proper food safety cleaning, handling & packing procedures, we harbor the expense of batch testing each lot to ensure that the product is indeed chemically gluten free below the FDA guideline of 20 parts per million and follow good manufacturing procedures throughout the preparation process.

We stay in line with FDA guidelines on food packaging and do not make any claim that the product is entirely allergen free.  We do proudly follow good manufacturing practices and are SQF certified facility but are transparent of the fact that cross contact situations during storage or manufacturing could exist.

Some of our products may contain the following statement: Proposition 65 Warning for California Consumers: WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. California Prop 65 are displayed commonly throughout California - in hotels, amusement parks, restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and on a multitude of consumer products, even outside of food items. You will also see these warnings on the internet, like those displayed on anthonysgoods.com and certain Anthony's Goods products listed on Amazon.com. These warnings are provided pursuant to a California labeling law called Proposition 65 (Prop 65), which is meant to notify consumers in California of potential exposures to Prop 65-listed chemicals. Prop 65 is a right-to-know law. Meaning that it does not ban the sale of any products that contain these chemicals, but merely requires that consumer be informed. 

We do not currently offer wholesale accounts. Our products are specifically packaged for retail. 

Each product will have a best by date printed on the packaging. Unfortunately, due to the number of products and production lots, we are unable to provide this ahead of purchase. Our product shelf-life ranges from 3-24 month depending on the product.
