In a small bowl or plate, mix together the cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Prepare your popcorn: add 3 corn kernels and avocado oil to a large pot and cover it with a lid. Once all three kernels have popped, add the rest of the popcorn and shake frequently with the lid on until they have all popped.
Melt the butter in the microwave.
In a large bowl, add the popcorn and drizzle it with the melted butter. Sprinkle on the cinnamon mixture and toss until the popcorn is evenly coated. Enjoy!
