  • Ingredients for the lavender syrup:

  • 1 cup Anthony’s Organic Cane Sugar

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tbsp Anthony’s French Lavender Petals

  • Ingredients for the drink:

  • 1 tsp Anthony’s Organic Earl Grey Tea

  • 1 cup hot water

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. First, prepare the lavender syrup: In a small saucepan, bring the water and lavender to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the sugar. Stir until fully dissolved. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it steep. The longer you steep, the more lavender flavor the syrup will have. We recommend steeping for at least 3 hours. Strain out the lavender petals and store the syrup in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. Next, brew the tea: Steep the tea leaves in hot water for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Assemble: Add ice to a tall glass, pour the tea over the ice, and add the milk. Sweeten with the lavender syrup, stir to combine, and enjoy!
