Ingredients

1 cup dry pitted dates, soaked in hot water

1 tbsp Anthony’s Organic Gelatinized Maca Root Powder

2 tsp coconut oil, melted

2 tsp Anthony’s Organic Dutched Cocoa Powder

2 tsp Anthony’s Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1/2 cup walnuts, crushed

1/2 cup hazelnuts, crushed

1/2 cup Anthony’s Organic Shredded Coconut
-
Pinch of salt


Instructions:
- Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Using a stand blender or immersion blender, blend the drained dates, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder and maca powder. Blend until creamy.
- In a bowl, add the oats, crushed hazelnuts and walnuts, shredded coconut, rolled oats, salt and the date paste. Mix to combine.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into it, until even and flat. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- When ready to enjoy, slice into bars.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
