We use only the finest blanched almonds to create the fine milled flour you receive. Our almonds are steam pasteurized, with no added preservatives. Use our Blanched Almond Flour in pancakes, scones, cookies, brownies, macarons, and biscuits. Add it to your breading for fish and chicken, or use it in your meatballs and meatloaf. You can even make your own delicious homemade pasta!
