Gluten Free Almond Flour Loaf
• 2 cups Anthony’s Goods Blanched Almond Flour • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Tapioca Flour • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Chia Seeds • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Flaxseed Meal • 1 tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 3 eggs • ⅓ cup almond milk • ¼ cup avocado oil • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
This quick and easy loaf is soft, moist and easy to whip up. Chia seeds bring a subtle crunch to this gluten free bread. 1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. 4. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients in the large bowl until well combined, then pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden. 6. Let cool a little before removing it from the pan and slicing.
