1/4 cup Anthony's Goods Cane Sugar

A few shakes of salt
Kettle Corn
- Heat the oil in a pot and add 3 test kernels.
- When the 3 kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn and shake the pot to coat them in oil.
- Add the sugar and continue to shake the pot continuously, with the lid covered, as the popcorn pops.
- Remove from the heat when the popping has stopped.
- Pour into a bowl and season with a little salt.
