Ingredients
• 1 cup Kalamata olives • 1 cup Manzanilla olives (or other green olives) • ¼ cup olive oil • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil • 2 tbsp capers • 2 cloves garlic • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Dried Basil • 1 tbsp dried oregano • 1 tbsp dried parsley • 1 tbsp lemon juice • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
This briny tapenade is dotted with black and green olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and more. It’s a perfect addition to the appetizer table or your snack rotation. 1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until everything is chunky and combined. 2. Enjoy with your favorite bread or crackers.
