Instructions
Add apples to a large sauce pan & fill the pan up with water to cover the apples. Place the apple pan over medium heat & allow the apples to boil until soft. Once the apples are soft, strain the liquid from them & place the soft apples into a standing mixer. Add the chia seeds & cinnamon to the apples & turn the standing mixer on to beat the apples into apple sauce consistency. Add the oats & almond milk to a sauce pan & cook over medium heat until the oatmeal is soft. Layer the cooked oats and apple mixture in a parfait glass. Serve the parfaits immediately or place into a storage container & allow the mixture to cool completely before placing a lid on a storing it in the refrigerator.Are you team pumpkin or team apple for Fall?
