-2 cups Anthony's Goods Tiger Nuts -4 cups hot water, for soaking -4 cups room temperature water, for blending -1/2 tsp Anthony's Goods Cassia Cinnamon Powder -1 tsp vanilla extract -4 tsp Anthony's Goods Cane Sugar, or more to taste
Instructions
This light, refreshing beverage is perfect for a hot day. Enjoy it over ice with a dash of ground cinnamon. 1. Soak the tiger nuts in hot water for an hour or two. 2. Rinse and drain them, then add them to a blender with 4 cups fresh water. 3. Blend until smooth and frothy, then use a cheese cloth to filter out the solids. 4. Add the liquid to a container and add the vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar. Whisk well to combine. 5. Pour over ice and enjoy the same day for best flavor.
