- 1 cup Anthony's Goods Unblanched Almond Meal/Flour - 5 tbsp Anthony's Goods Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder - 5 medjool dates - 3 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp almond or soy milk - Chocolate cereal flakes - Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Chocolate flake cereal gives these truffles an adorable pine cone aesthetic. Dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect and a dash of extra sweetness. 1. Blend all ingredients (except the last two) in a food processor until a doughy ball forms. 2. Remove the mixture and separate it half. Shape each half into an egg shape. 3. Starting from the top, insert the chocolate cereal into the truffles to create a pine cone look. 4. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
