Green Mung Beans, also known as green gram or maash, are small beans from the legume family. Native to India, Mung Beans have a mildly sweet nutty flavor with a soft texture. These small green beans can be cooked like other dried beans and are great for vegan and vegetarian dishes. Anthony’s Organic Green Mung Beans are whole, intact beans encased in a green husk.
