Hemp Seed Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
• ¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Rolled Oats • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Hemp Protein Powder • ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • 3 tbsp runny almond butter • 2 tbsp coconut oil • 3 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ cup room temp almond milk • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Flaxseed Meal • 4 dates, pitted and chopped • ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips

Whisk until thickened, then add it into the medium bowl with the wet mixture. Stir again until everything is combined. 5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix gently to combine. Fold in the dates and chocolate chips. 6. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop the dough and shape it into balls. Place each ball onto the baking sheet and flatten a little before baking. 7. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cookies are solid to the touch and the bottoms are golden-brown.
