Crispy Za'atar Potato Wedges
Ingredients for the wedges: • 3 lbs russet potatoes, cut into wedges • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Premium Jordanian Za’atar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp salt Ingredients for the tahini sauce: • ½ cup tahini • ½ cup water • 3 cloves garlic, pressed • Juice of 1 lemon • Salt, to taste
Jazz up your potato wedges with za’atar and tahini sauce for a Middle Eastern twist on an American classic. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 450F. 2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle on the za’atar and salt, and toss everything to coat. 3. Bake for 30-40 mins (flipping the wedges over halfway through the baking time), until crispy and golden. 4. Meanwhile, whisk all the tahini sauce ingredients together in a small bowl to make the dipping sauce. 5. When the wedges are ready, remove them from the oven and serve warm alongside the tahini dipping sauce.
