Ingredients
• 20 Anthony’s Goods Dried Apricots • 75 g dark chocolate, melted • Suggested toppings: Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut, Unhulled White Sesame Seeds, Calendula Petals, French Lavender Petals and Roasted Hazelnuts (crushed) • Additional suggested topping: dried rose petals
Instructions
These little sweet treats are (almost) too cute to eat. They make the perfect healthy snack for you or a beautiful and elegant homemade gift for someone else. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. 2. Prepare your toppings and set them within reach. 3. Create a double boiler by adding a few inches of water in a small saucepan. Place a large heatproof bowl over the saucepan. (Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water.) 4. Bring the water to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Add the dark chocolate to the bowl and stir occasionally, until smooth and melted. 5. Carefully remove the bowl from the heat (be careful: it’ll be hot!) and dip the dried apricots halfway into the chocolate. Set the chocolate-dipped apricots onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with your desired toppings. 6. Place the tray in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened (about 30 mins).
