I'm using this to try to make a gluten free sourdough starter. So far, not much luck. It looks good, and shipped fast. Maybe it will get going. Fingers crossed.

    Great for gluten free sourdough

I use this all the time for my sourdough starter and breads. It’s extremely fine which makes a fluffier, less grainy bread.
