Product Description

Some say Genghis Khan was lactose intolerant, as he lact those requisites necessary to conquer the Silk Road. He did however feed his troops dried milk. So I guess one might say he was whey ahead of his time. Nonfat Milk Powder is made by removing the cream from whole milk, then evaporating the water, resulting in a milk powder. Anthony’s Nonfat Instant Milk Powder has a sweet, rich flavor, with a creamy color.

To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Blend or use a whisk to mix until smooth.
