Product Description
Acacia Senegal, also known as gum arabic, acacia fiber or acacia gum, is the ground and powdered form of the hardened sap made by the acacia tree. Acacia fiber dissolves in liquids and forms a gel-like substance in the intestines.
Acacia is found in many foods you eat every day! It is added to icings, candies, soft drinks, cosmetics and crafts due to its binding properties. Not only does it add fiber to foods, it also acts as a thickener and emulsifier.
Our Acacia Senegal Powder is Organic, Gluten Free, and tasteless, with no other additives. Add Anthony’s Acacia to a glass of water, mix it into smoothies and baked goods or make your own watercolors, calligraphy inks and more!
Caution: This food should be eaten with at least a full 8oz. glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, cadmium, and arsenic, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food
