Corn Starch is a popular ingredient used in thickening soups, sauces, gravies, custards and in making sugars and corn syrup! We recommend mixing our corn starch with a liquid at low temperate to form a paste. As the corn starch is gently heated, the molecules uncouple, allowing them to collide and recouple with other starches and form a mesh, hence thickening the liquid Voila!
On a different note, did you know corn starch can be used to detangle knots? Simply sprinkle corn starch on a tangled knot, wait 2 seconds, and BAM, knots will detangle like a charm.
