Fresh cranberries are the star of this tart yet sweet dish. Perfect for dessert or breakfast, this crisp tastes great drizzled with honey or topped with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries

  • 3 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Cane Sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Rolled Oats

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Coconut Sugar

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. In a large bowl, toss the fresh cranberries with the cane sugar and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into a pie dish.

3. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, coconut sugar and coconut oil. Mix with your hands and then pour this dry mixture on top of the cranberry mixture.

4. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until the topping is golden and the cranberries are bubbling up from below.

5. Let cool a bit before serving as is or drizzled with honey.
