Product Description
Mung Beans, also known as moong dal, are small beans from the legume family. Native to India, Mung Beans have a mildly sweet nutty flavor with a soft texture. These small yellow beans can be cooked like other dried beans and are great for vegan and vegetarian dishes. Anthony’s Yellow Mung Beans have been stripped of their hull, cleaned then split.
Mung Beans are incredibly versatile and traditionally used in main dishes and desserts. Use them to make samosas, flavorful curries, hearty soups, dips or throw them into salads, stir fry, and more!
