¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp salt

Instructions
Jordanian za’atar brings a unique flavor to this refreshing orzo salad tossed with classic mediterranean ingredients.1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain it and add it to a large bowl.
2. Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
4. Toss the orzo salad with the dressing. For best results, toss an hour or two before serving, so the orzo cools and soaks up the flavors of the dressing.
