Ingredients

  • 450g Anthony’s Organic Tapioca Flour

  • 4 cups water

  • Pinch of salt

  • Your preferred fillings: we used peanut butter and banana with shredded coconut and honey drizzled on top

Instructions:

  1. Add the tapioca flour and salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
  2. Pour in the water and let the batter hydrate for at least one hour.
  3. Dab the top of the batter with paper towels until all excess water is removed.
  4. Then, crumble the batter as finely as possible.
  5. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spread some of the crumbled batter evenly into
    the pan.
  6. Cook until the crumbs stick together and the bottom of the tapioca gets a bit golden. Flip to cook the other side.
  7. Add your favorite fillings and enjoy!
