Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup Anthony’s Blanched Almond Flour

2 tbsp Anthony’s Organic Gelatinized Maca Root Powder

1 tbsp Anthony’s Cane Sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 ½ cups plant milk

1 tbsp Anthony’s Organic Psyllium Husk Powder mixed with 3 tbsp water (or 1 egg)

1 tbsp maple syrup, plus more for topping

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus more for topping

Maple syrup, for drizzling
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk all of the dry ingredients together, except the chopped pecans.
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Heat a pan or griddle and cook the pancakes until golden on both sides.
- Enjoy topped with more chopped pecans and a generous drizzle of maple syrup.
