Spice up everyone’s favorite movie night snack with this zesty, smokey and “cheesy” recipe featuring ginger, garlic, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast and more!
1. Heat a large skillet, spray it with cooking spray, add 3 popcorn kernels and cover with the lid. Shake occasionally. When the 3 kernels have popped, add the rest of the kernels and shake the skillet continuously until all the popcorn has popped.
2. Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Add the seasoning ingredients and the lime juice. Then, spray the popcorn with cooking spray and shake the bowl to coat the popcorn with the seasoning. Keep spraying and shaking/mixing (try to distribute the seasoning from the bottom of the bowl to the top) until all of the popcorn is well-coated.
3. Serve before the opening credits!
