Ingredients
• 4 medium navel oranges • Juice and zest of 1 lemon • 1 cups Anthony’s Goods Cane Sugar • ⅓ cup water • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Premium Fruit Pectin Powder • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon Powder • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Cloves (ground)
Instructions
A bit of cinnamon and a dash of cloves give this orange marmalade a festive flair. 1. Prepare the oranges by washing them well and cutting off the ends. Then, quarter them and slice these quarters thinly. 2. Add these slices to a medium pot along with the lemon juice, lemon zest, water, sugar, cinnamon, clove and pectin powder. 3. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring often. 4. Cook until thickened, then remove from the heat and pour into the bowl of a heat-safe food processor. Pulse a few times for a chunky texture, or process longer for a smoother consistency. 5. Enjoy!
