Ingredients
• 5 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Ground Chia Seed • 1 ⅓ cup almond milk • 3 ½ tbsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or more, if desired) • Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut, for topping • Freeze dried raspberries and dark chocolate, for topping
Instructions
We’ve all had chia pudding made with whole chia seeds, but this quick and easy recipe uses ground chia for a smoother, more traditional pudding texture. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth and combined. 2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to thicken. 3. Top with shredded coconut, freeze dried raspberries and dark chocolate before serving.
