Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant milk) ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Black Chia Seeds ½ cup pureed pumpkin 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute and a half, until the contents thicken and become creamy. Tastes best after a few hours of chilling in the fridge (but you can eat it right away if you just can’t wait).
