Ingredients
• 1/2 jalapeño, sliced • 2 cups water • ¼ cup lime juice • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Pomegranate Juice Powder • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Erythritol Sweetener or Cane Sugar • Sliced lime and jalapeño, to garnish
Instructions
Cool off in style with this tart, pink limeade that gets a subtle kick from muddled jalapeños. 1. In a medium bowl, add ½ cup water and muddle the sliced jalapeño to release some heat. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the pomegranate juice powder and erythritol have dissolved. 3. Strain the liquid and pour into two glasses.
