Ingredients
• ¾ cup Anthony’s Goods Oat Flour • 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Beet Juice Powder • 1 egg • 1 cup almond milk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp baking powder • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips • Butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan • Melted dark chocolate, fresh raspberries and shredded coconut, for topping
Instructions
Whip up these pastel pink pancakes for your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day. Or simply treat yourself! 1. Whisk everything (except the butter/coconut oil) together in a medium bowl and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes. 2. Heat a pan or griddle and grease it with butter or coconut oil. 3. When the pan is hot, place your heart shaped molds on top (if using) and fill them with ¼ cup batter. Cook until the pancake is set and flip to cook the other side. 4. Repeat until the batter is finished. 5. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and top with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut.
