Ingredients
• 100 grams dark chocolate • 2 tbsp runny tahini • ⅔ cup Anthony’s Goods Unhulled Sesame Seeds
Instructions
If you’re into the nutty flavor of sesame seeds, these bittersweet treats are for you. 1. In a medium pan, toast the sesame seeds until golden and fragrant. They will start to make a popping noise when they are ready. 2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, then whisk in the tahini until incorporated. Fold in the toasted sesame seeds. 3. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze until solid (1-2 hours). 4. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
