This sweet dessert seems naughty but is actually nice. Made with frozen bananas, fresh mint and cocoa nibs, it’s a healthy and dessert treat for warm, sunny days.1. Place all of the ingredients, except the cocoa nibs, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Stir in the cocoa nibs.
3. Serve, sprinkled with more cocoa nibs on top.
