Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers • 1 ½ cups coconut milk (from a can) • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips • ¼ cup sunflower seed butter • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Instant Coffee • ½ tsp salt • 1 ½ cups Anthony’s Goods Vanilla Marshmallow Bits, for topping
Instructions
Everything is cuter in mini form and these mini s’mores cups are no exception. 1. In a medium pot, heat up the coconut milk and stir in the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and well combined, then stir in the sunflower seed butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, instant coffee and salt. 2. Let the mixture cool slightly, then assemble your s’mores cups. 3. Fill the bottom of each cup with the crushed graham crackers, the middle with the chocolate mixture, and top with vanilla marshmallow bits. Use a culinary torch to melt the marshmallows for an authentic s’mores touch!
