1 cup Anthony’s Goods Roasted Hazelnuts

½ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
This mini marshmallow snack mix features salty pretzels, chocolate-covered pretzels, chocolate chips and cinnamon candied hazelnuts--a perfect combo of salty and sweet!1. First, make the cinnamon candied hazelnuts: Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, soak the hazelnuts in water for 5 minutes. In another bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cinnamon and salt. When the 5 minutes are up, drain the hazelnuts and toss them in the cinnamon mixture until they are well-coated. Then, bake for 10-12 minutes, until the sugar has caramelized.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the snack mix ingredients. When the hazelnuts have cooled, break them apart (they will be stuck together) and toss them in.
