Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups Anthony’s Good Whole Grain Oat Flour • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Cashews • 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp runny honey • Juice and zest of 1 lemon • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp poppy seeds • Pinch of salt
Instructions
Nothing says “spring” quite like lemon and poppy seed flavored sweets. Roll up a batch of these healthy, zesty and lightly sweetened bites for a tangy treat. 1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture gets grainy and keep going until a dough-like ball forms. 2. Use a tablespoon measure to scoop out the mixture and roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand. 3. Repeat until the dough is all rolled up. 4. Store leftovers in the fridge.
