2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

¼ cup + 1 tbsp runny honey

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions
Nothing says “spring” quite like lemon and poppy seed flavored sweets. Roll up a batch of these healthy, zesty and lightly sweetened bites for a tangy treat.1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture gets grainy and keep going until a dough-like ball forms.
2. Use a tablespoon measure to scoop out the mixture and roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand.
3. Repeat until the dough is all rolled up.
4. Store leftovers in the fridge.
