Ingredients

Ingredients for the walnut butter:
	•	1 ½ cups Anthony’s Goods Walnut Halves & Pieces
	•	1 tbsp honey
	•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
	•	1 tbsp avocado or vegetable oil, as needed
	•	½ tsp salt

Ingredients for the banana brûlée:
	•	2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1 tsp coconut oil

Ingredients for assembly:
	•	Two slices toast
	•	Honey, to drizzle
	•	Crushed walnuts, for topping

Instructions

Walnuts, honey and caramelized bananas glow up ordinary toast in this easy breakfast (or snack time) recipe.

1. To make the walnut butter: toast the walnuts at 300F in an oven or toaster oven for 10 minutes. While the walnuts are warm, add them to a food processor with the honey, cinnamon and salt. Process, taking breaks to scrape down the sides. If the butter isn’t coming together, add a tbsp of neutral tasting oil to help it along.

2. To make the banana brûlée: heat the coconut oil in a pan. When the pan is medium-hot, add the vanilla extract and sliced bananas. Let them cook until golden-brown, then flip to cook the other side.

3. To assemble your toast: toast two slices of bread and spread the walnut butter on top. Add a few slices of the bananas and drizzle with honey. Top with crushed walnuts for an extra crunch.

4. Store the extra walnut butter in a sealed container in the fridge.
