Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups Anthony's Organic Tiger Nut Flour (sifted)

  • ¼ cup Anthony's Organic Tapioca Flour

  • ¾ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.  
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
  5. Let cool before slicing.
