4 eggs

½ cup water

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 cups Anthony's Organic Tiger Nut Flour (sifted)

¼ cup Anthony's Organic Tapioca Flour

¾ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

Instructions:
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
