Gluten Free Flaxseed Tortillas

Ingredients

•	1 cup Anthony’s Goods Flaxseed Meal
•	1 cup boiled water 
•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Cumin (optional)
•	1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
•	1 tsp salt 

Instructions

These chewy gluten free tortillas are made with ground flaxseeds, water and (optional, but recommended) spices. That’s it! 

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flaxseed meal, cumin, garlic powder and salt. 

2. Pour in the hot water and mix everything together using a wooden spoon until a dough forms.

3. Let the dough cool a little, then roll it out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper. 

4. Using a 6-inch plate as a guide, cut out 6-inch circles from the dough. 

5. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-low heat and cook the tortillas for 1-2 minutes, per side.

6. Top with your favorites: we used hummus, scrambled egg and salsa!
