Ingredients
• 11 ounces goat cheese • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Calendula Flowers • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Unhulled White Sesame Seeds • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Black Sesame Seeds • 1 ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods French Lavender • 1 ½ tbsp lemon zest • Crackers, for serving
Instructions
Goat cheese, honey and dried petals come together in this creamy and uniquely floral appetizer. Think of it as an edible spring bouquet for the table. 1. Mix the lemon zest and lavender petals in a small bowl and set aside. 2. Mix the calendula flowers, black sesame seeds and unhulled white sesame seeds into a small bowl and set aside. 3. Leave the goat cheese out to soften, then add it to a medium bowl with the olive oil and honey. Use a fork to mash the cheese and mix everything together. Roll the mixture into small balls and roll half of them into the lemon-lavender and the other half into the calendula-sesame seeds. 4. Serve with your favorite crackers!
