-2 cans coconut milk -1/3 cup Anthony's Goods Organic Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder -1/2 cup maple syrup -1 1/2 tbsp Anthony's Goods Arrowroot Flour -2 tsp vanilla extract -pinch of salt
Instructions
This delicious vegan chocolate ice cream has a key ingredient to keep it creamy without any dairy—arrowroot flour! 1. Heat up all of the ingredients, except the arrowroot flour and vanilla extract in a medium pot. Whisk until smooth and combined. 2. Add the arrowroot flour and whisk well. Keep whisking for a few minutes until the mixture thickens a little. Then add the vanilla extract and remove the pot from the heat. 3. Place this mixture in the fridge to chill for a few hours, then add it to your ice cream maker. 4. Enjoy!
