Ingredients

•	12 Anthony’s Goods Cocoa Butter Wafers
•	½ cup smooth almond butter
•	½ cup Anthony’s Goods Pea Protein Powder
•	⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut
•	¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder
•	3 tbsp maple syrup
•	1 tsp vanilla extract
•	¼ cup almond milk
•	Melted dark chocolate, for topping
•	Freeze dried raspberries and more shredded coconut, for topping

Instructions

These vegan protein bars are made with pea protein powder and taste a lot like chewy brownies. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with shredded coconut for a truly delicious treat.

1. Create a double boiler by filling a small saucepan with a few inches of water and bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Place a heat-proof bowl on top of the saucepan and fill it with the cocoa butter wafers, almond milk, maple syrup and almond butter. Whisk until the cocoa butter is melted and everything is combined.

2. Add the protein powder, shredded coconut, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix again to combine.

3. Turn the mixture out into a loaf pan and press flat. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.

4. When the hour is up, cut into bars and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle the bars with freeze dried raspberries and shredded coconut. Place back in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
