• 6 ripe bananas • 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Cocoa Powder • 1 cup almond butter • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Black Chia Seeds • 1 tsp vanilla extract

These fudgy cookies are flour free, gluten free, vegan and require *no sweetener* cause guess what? They’re made of mostly ripe bananas! So if you’ve got a bunch of bananas on the counter that look past their snack-worthy prime, mash them up and mix them with a few pantry staples to make these healthy, antioxidant-rich desserts. 1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line two baking trays with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the cocoa powder, almond butter, chia seeds and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. 3. Using a spoon pour the batter onto the parchment paper. 4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until firm to the touch.
