Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo)

Ingredients

2 cups Anthony’s Organic Tapioca Flour

1 cup whole milk
-
½ cup water
-
½ cup vegetable oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
2 large eggs
-
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, boil milk, water, oil and salt. Remove from heat.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the tapioca starch with the milk mixture until smooth. Let cool 10 minutes.
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs, then cheese, until fully combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
