Ingredients

  • 2 cups Anthony’s Organic Tapioca Flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, boil milk, water, oil and salt. Remove from heat.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the tapioca starch with the milk mixture until smooth. Let cool 10 minutes.
  4. Mix in the lightly beaten eggs, then cheese, until fully combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
