Did you know that most coconut oil is repacked in the USA? The process involves shipping the oil in drums where it is double and sometimes triple re-heated in order to fill the oil into jars. The added exposure to air and heat causes oxidation, discoloration and generally degrades the quality of the coconut oil. Not at Anthony’s!
Anthony’s organic coconuts are cold pressed within 5 days from the time of harvest, and jarred within one hour, all at the source! Our jars are sealed and never re-opened until they reach you!
Because we avoid reheating and pack at the source, our proprietary Tree-To-Table method allows for a true low temperature press. This produces the highest quality coconut oil, which gives Anthony’s its mild and smooth flavor. We hope you enjoy the Anthony’s difference!
