• 3 cups almond milk • 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Steel Cut Oats • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree • 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Cinnamon Powder • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ cup maple syrup, or more to taste • Candied pecans, for topping
Instructions
Steel cut oats are hearty, healthy and less processed than rolled oats. Though they take a bit longer to cook, this cozy and flavorful breakfast is worth the wait. 1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nice and thick. 2. Top with candied pecans and a drizzle of syrup before enjoying.
