Smoky, salty, spicy. This vegan nacho “cheese” is so good, you won’t believe that it’s made from cashews and completely dairy-free. You’ll just want to pour it all over everything, all of the time. Use it as a dip for veggies, burritos, wraps, and of course dolloped over chips for mouth-watering nachos.1. Add all of the “cheese” ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour it over the tortilla chips and add your favorite toppings!
