•	2 14-oz cans artichokes, drained
•	¼ white onion, chopped
•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Dried Basil 
•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Nutritional Yeast
•	1 tsp dried parsley
•	2 cloves garlic
•	1 tsp salt
•	⅓ cup olive oil
•	Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Here’s an artichoke recipe that exudes lemony freshness. Dried herbs, garlic and nutritional yeast add dimension to this delicious dip/spread. 

1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the artichoke is broken up into small pieces.

2. Serve with your favorite crackers.
