Ingredients
• ¼ cup + 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Chia Seeds • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more, to taste) • 1 ½ cup hazelnut coffee, brewed • Vanilla coconut yogurt, for layering • More cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
This tiramisu-inspired chia pudding is light, healthy, vegan and super chocolatey thanks to a hefty dose of cocoa powder. But the first flavor that hits you? Mmmm, hazelnut coffee. 1. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the coconut yogurt, together and let it chill in a bowl in the fridge until thickened (at least 30 minutes). 2. Assemble: layer the chia pudding and coconut yogurt. Dust with cocoa powder and serve!
